MARTY KLEIN

I am a family law lawyer, having practiced for over three decades.

I am a Certified Specialist in Family Mediation and Arbitration with the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario and an Accredited Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediation.

I am also trained in the Collaborative Process and in Parental Coordination.

I am Chair of Mediation-Arbitration Peel and I hold memberships in the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario; the Peel-Halton Collaborative Practice Group; the Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals; the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Family Lawyers Association.

I preside once or twice weekly as a Deputy Judge in the Small Claims Court in Brampton and I am a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court at Brampton.
