MARIE NICKLE

I was called to the Bar in 1994 and I have practiced in the exclusive area of Family Law since that time.

I have a Masters Degree in Alternate Dispute Resolution. 

As well as providing legal representation, I am a Mediator and Arbitrator. I am also a Trainer/Teacher in Alternate Dispute Resolution processes, a former panel lawyer with the Office of the Children's Lawyer, a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton, Ontario, and a Faculty Advisor on the Humber Program Advisory Committee for Humber's Alternate Dispute Resolution Program.

I am a regular presenter at the Putting Kids First Program with Catholic Family Services.
